Mildred Hester Corey was born on 30 Oct 1902. She died on 5 Sep 1906. There was a feeling of profound sorrow all over the village when it was learned that Mildred Hester Corey, the beloved little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Corey, died Wednesday afternoon, Sept 5. She had been ill some days but was not regarded in danger till the day of her death. She was nearly four years old, born Oct. 30, 1902. What made the affliction doubly hard was the absence of Mr. Corey in New York. He arrived next day. The funeral was held on Friday, conducted by Rev. E. P. Cleaveland. Mr. and Mrs. Corey expect to move to New York soon and it is a sad leave taking of their home.
